1、主要从事基于深度学习的作物智能表型分析等智慧农业相关研究以及棉花、油菜等重要作物的功能基因组学与表观遗传学、生物信息学与多组学分析、植物信号转导与逆境适应机制研究。
2、目前主要在研项目包括:主持国家自然科学基金,国家重点研发任务等国家级、省部级项目。
